There’s a video “block” below; you can drag a video to it to test.
You click on the image to edit that block. (You’ll see faint outlines around it and a block-options menu upper left of it when you’re editing it.)

Then just drag from the OS directly on top of the image when your’re in edit mode. (You’ll see a blue line where it will try to insert the video you’re dragging above or below mine.)
When I try a large video, it tells me: “[video_name]: This file exceeds the maximum upload size for this site.”
That’s what we’re trying to fix. When you can upload a 50-150 Mb file, we’re done.
To remove excess video blocks as you test, click on them to edit them, then click the vertical ellipsis, then click “Remove Block” at the bottom of that list.
